A: Yes, we can sell your equipment to our waiting customers at a 20% commission.
Q: Do you rent out cameras and flashes?
A: Yes we do.

Q: What quality of work is performed?
A: We have factory trained well experienced technicians who have a passion for camera repairing. Our technicians are perfectionists who respect the originality and precision workmanship of the manufacturer and hence comply accordingly.
How much $$$?
Q: How much will it cost to fix my camera or lens?
A: We are very economical in our repairs, keeping in mind the equipment's worth. We suggest not to repair if the cost goes higher than half the price of the equipment, unless the item has a sentimental value or is no longer available or someone's favourite.
Q: Do I have to pay anything if I do not agree to the repair estimate? A: If we have to dismantle your equipment for trouble shooting, you will have to pay Dhs. 50/- to assemble it back. No charge if requested back in open condition.

Q: How long does it take to get my camera fixed?
A: Normally it takes 10 to 12 days, but can be fixed urgently on request...(subject to parts availability. If parts need to be ordered, it might take 2 - 3 weeks.
Q: Do you have someone to pick up the equipment from my place?
A: Yes, we can get your equipment picked up from almost anywhere in the U.A.E. for FREE. However sending back will cost you Dhs. 50/-.
Q: Do you have a facility to pick up and deliver the equipment overseas?
A: Yes, at a v. affordable courier charges.
Q: Do you have any drop off point other than Business Bay?
A: Not currently

A: Yes, we give 3 months guarantee on our specified work done.
